  • Is Your Store Just Running Shoes ?

    No - although specialists in running footwear we pride ourselves on being a shop for everyone. Stocking outdoor gear for hiking, walking and running. If you do it by foot - we are the shop for you.

  • Do You Offer A Gait Analysis Service ?

    Yes - walk in gait analysis is something we offer as part of the Skedaddle experience. Free of charge & no need to book appointments we will check your gait before finding your perfect shoe.

  • Are Dogs Allowed ?

    Maybe , please check before entering. As we have our own dogs, often loose, in the shop we kindly ask dog owners to pop in and check with staff before bringing new dogs to store.

  • Do You Host Social Runs ?

    We regularly host group runs, brand collaborations, and community events — from social 5Ks to expert talks.

    Most of our runs are completely free — we just ask you to register so we know who’s joining and can keep things safe and fun for everyone.

  • How Can I Hear About Upcoming Events ?

    Follow us on social media or sign up to our newsletter for updates on upcoming runs, workshops, and local collaborations.

  • Are You Covered By Brand Guarantee ?

    Some of our brands offer a comfort or performance guarantee on footwear. If you’re not fully satisfied within that time, we’ll honour the brand’s policy and help you arrange an exchange or refund through them. (Please note, this varies by brand — just ask our team for details when purchasing.)

  • Faulty Items

    If a product develops a fault within 30 days please bring it back to us with proof of purchase. We’ll inspect the item and, if it’s deemed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement or exchange depending on the situation and brand policy. Please be mindful general wear and tear is not covered by this policy.

  • Other Return Policies

    For other items that aren’t faulty, we’re happy to offer a credit note or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original state, and accompanied by a receipt.
